During my Easter stay, I found this hotel to be located in a beautiful forest area with picturesque surroundings. The breakfast they served was really good and it was a nice touch to have personalized messages in the room. What I also liked about this place was the fact it was not far from the famous ski resort and reasonably priced.

The check-in process was too curt for my liking and the menu options should have been expanded. there wasn't any designated non-smoking area which I found really unpleasant.

Nestled among tall pine trees and surrounded by nature, this hotel provides a serene escape from the bustle of the city, yet only a short drive from Sarajevo. the property is modern and well-maintained, with new equipment available for rent. the staff is friendly and accommodative, even providing dinner trays upon our late arrival. the breakfast spread is excellent, with a good selection of different foods available to cater to diets like vegetarian and vegan.

The breakfast offered a good selection of different foods, and the a la carte restaurant served delicious meals. The view of the pretty pine trees from the restaurant was a delightful addition. However, what stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly, always wearing a smile. It was a joy to talk to them and their hospitality greatly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
